  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT BIG FRANK'S! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! When we bought a refrigerator there they said they only accept cash even though there are Visa and MasterCard signs in the window. They do this so you can't cancel your transaction through your credit card.The refrigerator immediately wouldn't cool or freeze properly. It took them a week to come pick it up for repair. The left a disgusting, dirty loaner fridge for three weeks while they repaired it. When they brought it back, no water would go the dispenser or ice maker. Despite this, they refused to service it again. I had an service tech from another business take a look at it. After he inspected it he refused to service it because it was improperly repaired by Big Frank's and was a fire hazard. He said it was unsafe to be in a home. They put a hard-start unit on the compressor, external capacitor, added freon, used electrical tape and left bare wires exposed. Basically, they jerry-rigged it to cool for a while until the 6 month warranty expired. All of these would void the manufacturer warranty.One time they finally agreed to exchange my fridge for a comparable one. They wouldn't deliver it though of course. When I brought it in just a few hours later, they said they had sold the one they were holding for me. They showed no concern either.I've had to call them more than 50 times, and my issues were not resolved. Their employees are incredibly rude. They've called me "ignorant", an "idiot", hung up on me repeatedly and never call me back even when they said they would.

  I have bought several different items from this store and the transactions have gone great. I had one issue where a refrigerator that I bought was faulty, but they immediately replaced it with a better model. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and in fact am planning to go back there in a few days for a washer/ dryer set. I only got on here to look up their phone number when I saw that someone or some people had written such terrible reviews in the past. I want people to know that this company does indeed have happy customers!
