  This is an update to my earlier review. I turned my computer into the shop for repairs on 10-5 and on 11-2 I finally got a call that I could come pick it up. I am assuming they had finally received the letter from the Better Business Bureau stating that I filed a complaint. I was not charged for the repair and the computer seems to be working. But, the screen had to be replaced because they broke it. And I have no idea what else was broken or repaired on it.
