  After initial miscommunication with an employee, the owner took steps to rectify the situation and went above and beyond the original scope of work to make sure I was satisfied. I know he lost money on this job, however customer service was #1. I respect that greatly, good customer service is difficult to find today. Recommended.

  I have an older flip phone with some really important pix on it that were in hard memory - no chance of recovery when the screen died. Dyron McClennon at this store actually was able to help me save my pix and all my saved texts too! He was very knowledgable and very, very polite. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. He took the time to help even though I didn't have a smart phone. I would recommend this store and Dyron in particular for ANY phone issues.
