  They are liars. They charged $13 for express delivery when they don't even have express delivery. Called them about delivering & come to find out the $13 Was for a bear. I didn't order no damn bear. Also gave a time for the so called express delivery & they still haven't delivered yet. This is a bunch of bs.

  Worst customer service I've received from any Edible Arrangements franchise. I ordered for a delivery on a Friday, received an email (after delivery hours) that delivery was unsuccessful. I didn't receive a call, the recipient didn't receive a call and it wasn't left on the home's porch. Spoke with store that Friday night, they said they would call recipient and deliver Saturday. That didn't happen. I left voicemail on Sunday morning requesting a status, and sent message through EA's website, didn't hear back and still not delivered, nor have they contacted me or the recipient. I'll continue with Edible Arrangements, but this location.
