  Everything started out great, the representative came out to my home and measured and brought samples. The dynamics changed after the carpet was paid for and installed the issue arose. 1. Excessive amount of carpet left over. So much that I could make four very nice size rugs from 2. Color variations or fades and lines in the carpet, They came out and took pictures and said just give the carpet some time and they would go away. Well its been some months and the color variation is still there. 3. With the excessive amount of carpet, the rep came back out and said with so much carpet they could not refund me my money but they could turn the excessive carpet into rugs for me and I was okay with that. I think its called Binding. But I was cool until the rep sent me an email the day I was suppose to pick up the new rug and said the person that was doing it had been sick i think and by the way I will have to charge you to bind the pieces. I would have never hauled all of that carpet up to their store if he did not tell me it was going to be free. I'm really was pissed to be lied too. So I told them to give me that carpet back and don't bind the carpet to turn it into rugs. So i go to pick the carpet up an find out that the larges pieces had been cut in half. Me personally I will never be a customer again at Michael's Flooring. I just wish I would have done more research cause I found this company out of town in Georgia that had the same carpet for $6.00 less a sq ft. Yes, I would have had to pay to have the carpet shipped to the door and my own installer but I think it would have been worth it in the long haul.....   Called them about a million times in one day with questions and requests for my client. Kim was extremely helpful and sent me the information I needed immediately. Great customer service. Can't wait to see the installed product!
